Travel - flying with Ian Logan

Take off in Ian's 1965 piper super cub from Popham Field, England for thrills.

Sitting right in back of the man.

Lift off, bank left & up over the plain.

Approach to Stonehenge. Cars lined up to gawk.

Closer.

Awesome view of trillathons.

Over Avebury.

And Silbury Hill.

The chalk horses.

And my favorite. Highclere Castle. Aka Downton Abbey.

Lifting off from earth, flying at about 1000 feet at 100 miles per hour is fascinating, thrilling, alive, alive. The deep deep green goes on forever. They don't call it GREAT Britain for nothing.

Check out Ian's website for the design side of the man.
